Rhonda Bence

Originally from San Diego, Rhonda relocated to Houston in 1998 and quickly fell in love with the city’s vibrant community, growth, and opportunity. Her passion for real estate was inspired early on by her father, a homebuilder, and further developed through a diverse professional background that ultimately led her to the industry in 2013.

As the Listing Transaction Coordinator for The Kink Team, Rhonda plays an integral role in delivering a seamless experience from contract to closing. She works closely with agents, clients, title companies, and vendors to ensure every detail is handled with precision, deadlines are met, and transactions move forward efficiently. Known for her calm demeanor, exceptional communication, and proactive approach, Rhonda is committed to creating a positive and stress-free experience for every client while supporting the team at the highest level.

Guided by a servant-leader mindset, Rhonda takes pride in building lasting relationships through trust, integrity, and genuine care for others. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and dedication to excellence have earned the confidence of both clients and agents alike.

Outside of work, Rhonda enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She also brings the discipline, focus, and perseverance she developed while earning her black belt in Taekwondo into both her personal life and professional career.
