Inside/Outside Sales Agent

Who are we looking for?

The Inside/Outside Sales Agent is passionate about achievement and draws energy from working with people. An enthusiastic, self-starting person with inside and/or outside sales experience and an entrepreneurial mindset are strongly desired. 

This individual is responsible for prospecting and converting leads into appointments through diligent follow-up and nurturing of contacts and takes ownership of leads while applying a systemized cadence for maximum effectiveness and increasing conversion. A daily record of tracking metrics with weekly accountability meetings is integral to this role. This person has the drive and tenacity to exceed goals through appointment setting while responding efficiently to all inquiries, including incoming leads following the same methodology for tracking daily activities. 

The Inside/Outbound Sales Agent’s activities directly affect the bottom line, and as such they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as to growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team. 

What will you do?
  • Prospect daily to cultivate relationships and convert leads to appointments to ensure real estate goals and dreams are achieved. 
  • Achieve appointment setting, productivity, revenue targets, and personal development goals 
  • Manage a database throughout the sales cycle from qualified leads captured to converted appointments 
  • Accurately track and report lead generation activities and productivity metrics 
  • Practice and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections 
  • Qualify leads and accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics 
  • Consult with real estate agents to ensure fiduciary service of a real estate transaction from initial contact to a successful closing 
  • Familiarize and understand evolving real estate trends in our local market 
  • Adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services

Knowledge/Skills
  • Valid Texas Real Estate Sales Associate license or upon completion within the first 90 days of employment 
  • Exceptional telephone skills, ability to set and close appointments over the phone or in person, and willingness to spend much of the workday prospecting 
  • Initiative to learn and internalize scripts and dialogues and speak in guided conversations 
  • Demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas using a consultative approach 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Organizational and high-level efficiency of time and task management skills 
  • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed 
  • Learning-based and proactive in self-education to be informed 
  • Team player and contributor to culture 
  • High school diploma or GED (2 years of college preferred)

Compensation

Commission based on closed transactions with a base salary after initial 90 days of employment.

Marketing Coordinator

Who are we looking for?

The Marketing Coordinator who has a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, marketing research, advertising, brand stewardship and events management. In addition to marketing, brand and social media related work, this position will also share a role in tracking sales data; maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory; maintaining databases; and preparing reports.

Marketing Strategy
• Work closely with the leadership team to develop, shape and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing and brand strategy
• Analyze customer insights and trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
• Plans annual marketing calendar, collaborating with leadership
• Research and identify new marketing and sales opportunities for the business

Events – strategy, design & public relations
• Plan, manage and execute special open house events and broker tours as needed
• Plan, manage and execute quarterly client events
• Manage and execute philanthropic events

Social Media – strategy, design & reporting
• Ideate, lead, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from start to finish across but not limited to email, social, influencer, paid social/search, direct and online/offline events
• Manage social media platforms/tools (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter & LinkedIn)
• Plan, manage and execute the content calendar
• Prepare and record videos for the team

Website – content maintenance, design, updates & reporting
• Monitor and maintain accurate data on the Kink Team website
• Monthly updates on profiles of all social and business websites
• Research and write weekly BLOGs posted to the website
• Optimize website, strategy to drive clients to our website

Publications – strategy & design
• Plan, strategize and create print ads to be placed in local newspaper publications and magazines

Client Relations – communicate, plan & order
• Maintain current inventory/storage of client gifts and source new product ongoing.
• Plan and order gifts for celebratory moments for clients.
• Maintain birthday and anniversary calendars for client database. Plan and execute cards/videos to be communicated/sent to clients.

Print – design, maintenance & ordering
• Maintain inventory of Kink Team signage – sale signs, riders, open house yard signs
• Design and order postcards, flyers, event invitations, event handouts, stationary, business cards, presentation folders, and other various in-house print materials as needed.

Email Marketing – strategy, design, execution & reporting
• Create and publish email and video communications to our database
• Plan, manage and execute content of bi-weekly newsletters to our database

Communications/Interactions
  • Administrative Team (as appropriate to team structure) – daily
  • Buyers/Sellers/Vendors – as appropriate
  • Director of Operations – daily as needed/weekly
Knowledge/Skills
  • Efficiency with InDesign software
  • Proficient use of creative tools in Canva
