Inside/Outside Sales Agent
Who are we looking for?
The Inside/Outside Sales Agent is passionate about achievement and draws energy from working with people. An enthusiastic, self-starting person with inside and/or outside sales experience and an entrepreneurial mindset are strongly desired.
This individual is responsible for prospecting and converting leads into appointments through diligent follow-up and nurturing of contacts and takes ownership of leads while applying a systemized cadence for maximum effectiveness and increasing conversion. A daily record of tracking metrics with weekly accountability meetings is integral to this role. This person has the drive and tenacity to exceed goals through appointment setting while responding efficiently to all inquiries, including incoming leads following the same methodology for tracking daily activities.
The Inside/Outbound Sales Agent’s activities directly affect the bottom line, and as such they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as to growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team.
What will you do?
- Prospect daily to cultivate relationships and convert leads to appointments to ensure real estate goals and dreams are achieved.
- Achieve appointment setting, productivity, revenue targets, and personal development goals
- Manage a database throughout the sales cycle from qualified leads captured to converted appointments
- Accurately track and report lead generation activities and productivity metrics
- Practice and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
- Qualify leads and accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics
- Consult with real estate agents to ensure fiduciary service of a real estate transaction from initial contact to a successful closing
- Familiarize and understand evolving real estate trends in our local market
- Adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services

Knowledge/Skills
- Valid Texas Real Estate Sales Associate license or upon completion within the first 90 days of employment
- Exceptional telephone skills, ability to set and close appointments over the phone or in person, and willingness to spend much of the workday prospecting
- Initiative to learn and internalize scripts and dialogues and speak in guided conversations
- Demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas using a consultative approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and high-level efficiency of time and task management skills
- Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
- Learning-based and proactive in self-education to be informed
- Team player and contributor to culture
- High school diploma or GED (2 years of college preferred)
- Valid Texas driver’s license and automobile insurance
Compensation
Commission based on closed transactions with a base salary after initial 90 days of employment.

Whether it’s selling a home, searching for a home, or negotiating a contract, each member of the Kink Team is an experienced real estate professional who applies their expert skills to each step of the process to help each client achieve an outstanding result.
What will you do?
- Assist the listing agent with the preparation of listing packages, including property information, marketing materials and photographs. This includes researching and gathering information on comparable properties, creating property descriptions and floor plans, and selecting and editing photographs.
- Coordinate and schedule property showings with potential buyers and agents. This includes communicating with the listing agent and clients to schedule appointments, creating, and managing a showing schedule, and ensuring that the property is accessible and presentable for showings.
- Respond to inquiry calls and emails from potential buyers and agents. This includes answering questions about the property, providing additional information and materials, and scheduling property showings.
- Update and maintain property information in the multiple listing service (MLS) and on the brokerage’s website. This includes entering new listings, updating existing listings, and ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with the scheduling and coordination of inspections, appraisals, and other necessary property-related appointments. This includes communicating with the listing agent and clients to schedule appointments, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Prepare and review legal documents related to the sale of properties. This includes reviewing listing agreements, disclosures, and other documents, and working with the listing agent to ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on the status of their listing. This includes providing regular reports on showings, marketing activities, and other relevant information, and addressing any concerns or questions that clients may have.
- Provide general administrative support to the listing agent. This includes scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and completing other tasks as needed.
