Linda is the Kink Team’s Licensed Transaction Specialist. Since joining the team in 2011, Linda continues to successfully guide our clients from the execution of the contract to the closing table. Linda has been a resident of The Woodlands and Magnolia for over 20 years. She and her husband Bob enjoy time with their growing family of 2 children and 4 grandchildren.
Starting out in the restaurant industry Chris quickly realized his passion for working with people. A desire to work more closely with clients and an untapped competitive driveled Chris to the real estate industry. Kamron recently joined The Kink Team, working in the ISA department. Previously Kamron worked for a property management company assisting with day-to-day operations.
While there Kamron applied his social media expertise managing their social media campaigns. Kamron enjoys creating social media content which is often purchased by various recognizable brands for their platforms.
Kamron Caldwell grew up in Muncie, Indiana. He enjoys reading, watching football, going to the gym, and spending time with his loved ones. Kamron is an optimist and believes the Indianapolis Colts will win the Super Bowl every year. He values building relationships and learning from others.
