A Magnolia, Texas native, Kirsten Rice has always been passionate about serving others and creating meaningful relationships. While attending Texas A&M University, she discovered her passion for real estate and quickly realized that helping people navigate one of life’s biggest milestones was the perfect fit for her.

As the Client Care Coordinator for The Kink Team, Kirsten is dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience from the very first interaction. She works closely with clients throughout their real estate journey, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and valued every step of the way. Her warm personality, strong communication skills, and genuine commitment to helping others make her a trusted resource for both clients and the team.

Outside of the office, Kirsten enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active through Pilates, and attending live concerts whenever she has the opportunity. Her positive energy, enthusiasm, and passion for people are evident in everything she does, both personally and professionally.
