Michael joined the Kink Team early 2021 as the Director of Operations. Admired for shattering financial performance records, driving radical growth, and rebuilding the operational infrastructure of other Fortune 500 Companies, Michael is entrusted to lead the team of buyer’s agents and staff to stellar record-breaking results and superb client experience. Michael’s career spans over 3 decades of experience in managing cross-functional teams across the restaurant, retail, and real estate industries throughout the United States. Using prior experience in technological advances, system enhancements, automation, and service, his primary goal is to support the continued growth of this amazing team.

When Michael is not managing the team operation, you can find him enjoying projects around the house, including one of his passions – landscaping! Michael and his husband Lynn have a profound appreciation for the foster care system, and after having fostered children in the past, made the ultimate decision to adopt their now 7-year-old son, Alexander and 8-year-old daughter, Terri. Their best memories are shared together by traveling throughout the year on their annual family trips!
