The new shopping center along the Grand Parkway at the intersection of Spring Stuebner and Kuykendahl roads is ready for business this month! The brand new Target just opened and several others, including junior anchor stores Petsmart and Michaels, are open as well.

Target has an enormous footprint, coming in at 126,000 square feet. Everything you’d need for your home is here, plus a CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks and optical care center are all inside. The store will help boost the local economy by providing a new place for consumers to find goods and at the same time help out families in the area by employing over 200 people.

Additional stores located in the shopping center include the aforementioned Petsmart and Michaels as well as shoe giants DSW and Famous Footwear, clothing retailers TJ Maxx, Ross, and Burlington. Beauty supplier Ulta and specialty stores Party City and Five Below round out the remaining strip center space.

The plans for restaurants surrounding an open pond with decorative fountains have come together, as Potbelly Sandwich Shop, Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza, Jason’s Deli, and Salata have leased space. If shoppers are in the mood for Tex-Mex food, Uncle Julio’s and Chipolte are great options. And don’t forget dessert at Marble Slab Creamery!

Services in the shopping center include My Kid’s Dentist, Nails of America, Amazing Lash Studio, Regions Bank, Gadget MD, T-Mobile and Orangetheory Fitness. Kids clothing stores Torrid, Carters and Osh Kosh are here, too.

Next time you need to run a few errands, check out the shops at Grand Parkway Marketplace – conveniently located for you to have exciting, new retail and service options close to home. And with more tenants coming soon, keep an eye out for your favorite store and convenience restaurant!
