There are over four times as many homes without pools than with a pool. Pending sales for both categories topped 20% (With pools = 20.8%. Without pool = 22.4%)

While there are nearly twice as many homes without pools than with, both categories indicated Pending sales made up approximately 16% of all home activity in the month of November.

10% of homes without pools closed in November versus 8.5% of homes with pools.
